How it works
From your meetings, threads and inbox, to one list.
Your AI reads what you give it, picks out the to-dos and files them with Todo MCP over MCP, the open standard Claude and ChatGPT use to connect to apps. New ones wait in triage until you accept them. Then they're on your list and in Today.
Free while in beta. We open new spots every week.
If your AI can read it, it can capture from it.

Capture is automatic. Deciding stays with you.
Step 1
Your AI captures
Claude, ChatGPT, Codex or Cursor file tasks over MCP from what you tell them or share with them. Each one keeps the line it came from, and a dedupe key means rerunning never makes duplicates.
Step 2
You triage
New tasks arrive as proposed. Accept the real ones and dismiss the noise, so extraction mistakes never reach your list.
Step 3
Work from Today
Overdue, due today, and who's late on what they owe you, across personal work and every client, in one view.
Ask in plain words. Each ask is one tool call.
Your AI picks the tool, and the answer comes from your list, not from its memory.
“Add ‘send Maya the proposal’ for Friday.”
Added, due Friday.
create_tasks
“Pull the to-dos from today's call notes.”
Found two and added them to your list.
create_tasks
“What's due today?”
The Northwind invoice, which is overdue. Then the dentist.
today
“What did I promise Acme this week?”
Three things. The proposal is due Friday.
find_tasks
“Who's late on something they owe me?”
Priya, on the hiring plan. Four days.
waiting_on
“Mark the dentist done, and push the invoice to Monday.”
Done, and the invoice is now due Monday.
set_task_status, update_task
More than a list, without the busywork.
Quick add, in plain words
No AI needed. Type the task with a day and a ! for priority, and it's sorted.
Who owes you
Mark a task as waiting on someone. Ask who's late, or see it in Today.
Notes and checklists
Each task keeps its notes, a short checklist and its history, so your AI can pick up where you left off.
Never twice
Ask your AI to go over the same notes again. Every task remembers where it came from, so nothing gets added twice.
Connect your AI in about two minutes.
No code and nothing to install. If you've never used Claude or ChatGPT, make a free account first. That's the longest step.
- 1
Get your list
Request early access. Once you’re in, sign in with your email. There’s no password.
- 2
Copy your connector link
It’s in Settings, under “Connect an agent”. One link, one copy button.
- 3
Add it to your AI
In Claude on the web, desktop or phone: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Paste the link, choose Connect, and sign in. ChatGPT takes the same link as a custom connector. Claude Code and Codex take one command, shown in Settings.
- 4
Say what happened
“I told Maya I’d send the SOW by Friday.” It shows up in triage, ready to accept.
One list for you. Walls between clients.
Give each client its own workspace and share it with them. Acme sees Acme's tasks, never Northwind's. Your Today view still shows everything.
For developers: a remote MCP server with OAuth.
Streamable HTTP at /mcp. Clients register themselves and the user approves them, so there are no API keys to paste. Every MCP client works, including your own agents.
