Todo MCP is new and invite only. Features will change, some may go away, and there may be bugs or downtime. It's free while invite only; if that changes, we'll tell you before anything is charged.

Use your own email and keep access to it, since that's how you sign in. You're responsible for what happens in your account, including anything done with API keys you create.

An API key lets an AI agent act as you: it can read, and with a read-and-write key change, tasks in every workspace you belong to. Treat keys like passwords. Give each agent the least access it needs, and revoke a key in Settings as soon as you stop using it or think it leaked.

Agents make mistakes. Review what they add and change, especially in shared workspaces. We aren't responsible for what an agent you connected does with your tasks.

Your tasks and notes are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Todo MCP for you and the people you share a workspace with. Only put in content you have the right to share, and nothing that breaks a law or someone else's agreement, such as a client's confidentiality terms.

Don't use Todo MCP for anything illegal or harmful, try to reach other people's data, or get around its limits.

You can stop using Todo MCP at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@gettodomcp.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk. Since it's invite only, we may also wind the service down; if we do, we'll give you notice and a way to export your tasks first.

Todo MCP is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available, error free, or never lose data. Don't make it the only place something important is written down.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, which while invite only is nothing.

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and email you before any change that materially affects you takes effect. Using Todo MCP after that means you accept the new terms.
